The Debtor publishes the following pursuant to Section 12 (1) and Section 17 (1) of Act XLIX of 1991 on Bankruptcy and Liquidation Proceedings (hereinafter: Cstv.):

From the publication of the order the debtor is entitled to a payment moratorium in respect of the financial claims against him that fall due before or after the start date of the payment deferral. For the purpose of registration, creditors shall notify the debtor and the trustee of their outstanding claims within 30 days of the publication of the order - and within 8 working days of their claims that arise after the start date of the bankruptcy proceedings - by attaching the supporting documents, and shall simultaneously pay the fee for registering the claim to the trustee's cash flow bank account published in accordance with Section 12 (1) of the Bankruptcy Act. The condition for registering the claim is that the creditor pays 1% of it - but at least 10,000 forints and no more than 200,000 forints - as a registration fee to the trustee's cash flow account.
