Steel structure construction

Retaining reliable steadiness and applicability in the long run, steel structures serve a wide range of purposes at different sectors. The on-site assembly of steel structures manufactured by the Clasman Technology is performed by the ATTA Industrial Service Ltd.

Our Company Group owes a site of 32,000 m2 in Dunaújváros, where we can provide the facilities for continuous production, to perform our Customers’ orders. In addition to a craned manufacturing hall of 4,200 m2 (3 cranes for 6.3 tons, 2 cranes for 5 tons, 2 bridge cranes for 15 tons – maximum lifting height is 11.6 metres), an assembly workshop of 1,200 m2 and also a warehouse has been established here. We deliver the finished constructions to the requested destination by our own vehicle fleet. After the delivery, we assemble them by our self-propelled assembly platforms, stretching up even to a height of 21 metres.

Industrial halls

Our steel structures, both galvanised and painted, are manufactured in our own manufacturing hall. Moreover, we undertake also the on-site assembly of the steel structures manufactured.

Crane systems

In accordance with our Customer’s requirements, we undertake the manufacture of various crane holding structures and crane runways, based on the plan documentation provided by the customer.

Pontoon

In addition to our standard port elements, we undertake also the manufacture of Customer-tailored floating pontoons and pontoon compositions, taking into account the local circumstances to fit in.

Noise protectional walls

After the on-site inspection and evaluation of specific requirements, we manufacture noise protectional wall/walls, to protect people and animals from the harmful noise pollution from roads, railway and industrial facilities.

Concrete element templates

Productional templates are crucial for the technology of concrete element manufacturing. According to our Customer’s concepts, we manufacture templates as per the requested shape and quality, based on the plan documentation provided by the customer.

Garages

We undertake the manufacture and installation of garages covered with sandwich panels or plates. We hand over the Customer-tailored garages to the Customer on site, ready for use.

Containers

In addition to our containers of uniform sizes, we have the capacity to manufacture containers as per specific requirements, too. As it is possible to fit the finished-welded products to each other, our Customers may install also a structure of container units.

Unfolding containers

This special product, developed by us, can be slided sideward after the installation, so that the available floorspace can be enlargened.

Stair, handrail, podium

As stainless steel handrail systems perform outstanding resistance to all kinds of harmful environmental impact, their service lifetime is remarkably long. The wide choice of shapes not only facilitates the integrity with different locations and style, but also guarantees unique appearance, so that Customer-tailored requirements can also be met to full extent.

Specific structures

We undertake the manufacture of small- and medium sized welded metal structures, as well as machine frames, base plates, truss-carriers – on request, shot blasted.

Tanks

We undertake the manufacture of stainless steel, as well as carbon steel tanks. We have the capacity to perform pressure-proof, as well as atmospheric versions. Fitting may be included, in accordance with the Customer’s requirements. We also offer the premanufacuring and on-site assembly of the technological pipeline systems systematized with the tanks subject to handover.

In each case, we manufacture the equipments in consonance with the Customers’ demands, based on specific plans. We compile the plans, the technical drawings with the most advanced planning software programs.

Technological pipeline systems

Damages to the technological pipeline system at a manufacturing company or that of a factory may lead to serious production stop-down – in other words, serious financial loss, as well as environmental impact.

The Clasman Group undertakes the complete implementation of technological pipelines, conform with the respective domestic and international regulations – depending on the choice, from stainless steel and carbon steel raw materials. Prior to implementation, our professional staff compiles a detailed plan for our Customers: based on specific needs, as well as on-site conditions of feasibility.
